Recently Barry Bonds, baseball's homerun leader, is being prosected by the federal government asking that he spend 15 moths behind bars. If judgeSusan Illston follows her normal pattern, Bonds is likely to spend no jail time and a lot of time under house arrest. Bonds will appear in court on Friday for sentencing on his April 13 conviction of obstuction of justice. The accusation started from the 2003 testimony to a grand jury relating the steroid scandal.
Is he going to jail, or being tried for it because of his use with steroids? That seems unfair seeing as so many other ball players, and athletes in general do it and have no punishment at all. I'm not a big fan of him, but I don't think he deserves this
ReplyDeleteI think that he should go to jail. He is a big cheater because he used steroids. I dont like Berry Bonds.
ReplyDeleteI hope he doesn't go to jail. Bonds is the best homerun hitter of all time.
